Maycherry Return & Refund Policy

At Maycherry, we want you to feel confident in every piece you order. If your item is not quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all tags, hygiene stickers, and packaging intact
  • Free from makeup, deodorant marks, perfume, pet hair, stains, or signs of wear

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or returned without original tags or protective packaging.

How to request a return

To start a return, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The email used at checkout
  • The item you want to return
  • The reason for your return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Maycherry is not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it and make it right.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different size or style is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Final sale items

Sale items, promotional items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refused or undeliverable packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping fees or reshipping costs.

Late or missing refunds

If your refund has been approved but you have not received it after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or payment provider. Processing times can vary.
